Member RTP reports
How members report the RTP version a casino runs, what counts as evidence and how our editors check it.
What a report says
Many providers supply the same slot in several RTP versions, and each casino chooses which one to run. A member RTP report says one thing: at this casino, on this date, this slot showed this RTP. It helps you check which version a casino runs before you play, by opening the game's rules or info screen yourself.
Evidence rules
- A screenshot link or a short quote. Link to a screenshot (an
https://address) of the game's info or rules screen where the RTP and the casino are visible, or quote what that screen says, up to 500 characters. - Only what the info screen shows. No balance, no account name, no personal data of any kind.
- No links to other casinos and no links to sign-up pages. Links in quotes are removed.
- Our reviewed casinos only. You choose the casino from our list; free-text casino names aren't accepted.
- A published version. When the provider publishes several RTP versions, the RTP must match one of them.
- Recent. The date you saw it must be within the last 90 days.
How moderation works
An editor checks every report against its evidence before it can appear. Only approved reports are shown on slot pages, as the casino, the RTP, the date it was seen and the date we checked it. We never show who reported it. A report can be rejected with a short reason, which only the member who sent it can see in their account.
Members can send a few reports a day, and one report per slot and casino can wait for an editor at a time. When a version was confirmed at a casino in the last 30 days, we don't need another report of the same version.
Independence
GambGenius does not accept payment for reports, and reports never change our reviews or rankings. Casinos can change the version they run at any time, so always check the game's info screen before you play.
Who can report
Members with a confirmed email address. Reporting is switched off while you're on a break, self-excluded or hiding offers, and the reports themselves are hidden whenever offers are hidden on your account.
